OUR SHORT STORY

The company was founded in Borås, Sweden by Dr. Kamal Ahmed, a gynecologist and biomedical engineer. He is one of the few professionals in the world who have both medical and engineering degrees. He has obtained his medical degree (MBBS) from Dhaka University, Bangladesh, and the engineering degree (Masters in Applied Information Technology) with the thesis in telemedicine from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden. Later he obtained a specialist degree in obstetrics and gynecology from Södra Älvsborgs Hospital, Borås, Sweden. Now he is practicing obstetrics and gynecology at Nyköping Hospital, Nyköping, Sweden. He is also working for this company, Kashif & Tausif Pvt. Ltd. with projects and research. The research aim is to develop a digital platform to provide telemedicine service for the developing countries. 

In the year 2021, Dr. Kamal Ahmed transferred half of the shares of the company to his father Dr. Mohammed Hafez Ahmed as a gift. The aim of the share-transfer was to invest money and involvements from Dr. Mohammed Hafez Ahmed. 

Dr. Mohammed Hafez Ahmed has a long and successful career in different multinational companies. He has done Masters in applied chemistry from Dhaka University and obtained PhD degree from Indian Institute och Technology (IIT), Mumbai. He worked mostly with the development and facilitation of health, safety and environment (HSE) management, company administration & Security management  within the companies in and outside Bangladesh in the Oil & Gas, Building Material and other sectors.
